If you submit the contact form, we receive what you type into it — your name, email address and message — and we use it only to reply to you. It is not sold, rented or used for advertising.

We use no analytics on this site, and no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. The only thing stored in your browser is your light/dark theme preference, which stays on your device.

When we build for you, your data stays in your accounts. Code lands in your repository and API keys live in your own provider accounts from the first commit, so you can revoke our access at any time without anything breaking.

The hosting region for a build is agreed with you before it starts and named in the proposal. Model providers are called under zero-retention terms where the provider offers them, and nothing you send through those systems is used to train a model. Where an engagement requires us to process personal data on your behalf, we sign a data processing agreement first and act only on your instructions.

Contact-form enquiries are kept for as long as we are in conversation and for a reasonable period afterwards, then deleted. Client project data is governed by the agreement for that engagement and is handed back or deleted when it ends.

You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, have it corrected or erased, object to how we use it, or ask us to restrict processing. Email us and we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the data protection authority with jurisdiction over your data.
