The questions that actually decide this
Mostly about trust, because that's what loses AI deals. Answered straight rather than around.
Will it embarrass me in front of my client?
It answers only from the documents you send, and says so when something isn't in them. You get the accuracy test before it goes near their customers — that report is yours, in your name, to hand over.
What happens when it can't answer?
It hands off to your client's people with the customer's name and number attached, rather than improvising. The gaps are deliberate and tested for.
Do you talk to my client?
Never, unless you ask me to. You're my client; they're yours. I don't appear in the deliverable and I don't approach them afterwards.
Who owns the build?
You do. Code in your repository, API keys in accounts you control, from the first commit. Nothing runs on infrastructure only I can reach.
Who pays for the AI usage?
Either works. It can sit inside my monthly, or the keys live in your client's account and they're billed directly. Say which you prefer on the call.
What if the client's prices change?
That's what the optional monthly covers, and it's the main reason it exists. If you'd rather own that yourself, I'll hand over the update process instead.
What if they churn?
The build is yours and the fee is paid. Nothing here is a licence you lose when a client leaves.
What does it cost?
A fixed price per build, quoted in writing before anything starts — no hourly billing and no surprise invoices. The consultation that produces that quote is free.
